I’m currently an undergrad student at UNC-Chapel Hill, passionate about all things related to the entertainment industry! I’m a North Carolina native with aspirations of living in the hectic and spontaneous worlds of either New York City or Los Angeles. But for now, I’m working toward my Bachelors in Advertising and Public Relations and Media Production. I’m desperate for any opportunity to learn, travel, and/or create.
The creative community at UNC is where I thrive. I love working with Lightwood Studios, a student-run organization for film creatives of color. I joined the crew of a thirty-minute short film, Eyes Eyes EYES Eyes, and loved it so much that I decided to come back and co-direct a short film myself- Playin’ Games. (2025). I’m even starting a unique magazine called the MINDER, filled with cinematic photography and plenty of food for thought. I have also produced and edited video projects for professional clients as well as in an academic context.
Right now, I’m also a digital intern with Triangle Media Partners, who bring the Triangle together with Durham Magazine, Chapel Hill Magazine, Chatham Magazine, and The Triangle Weekender. They send me all over the region to attend events, capture videos, and meet some of the coolest people in the state.
Outside of my video and photography work, I love marketing and public relations. I’ve represented UNC Residence Hall Association, Carolina Kickoff, and Foster Family Alliance of North Carolina, to name a few.
I would love to work in the film, television, or video production space, and also maybe to live an exciting lifestyle in public relations. No matter where all of this takes me, creativity remains at the forefront of everything I do, and I’m excited to ride the wave!
